My thesis

I´m a little worried about the time..I have less than one month to qualify my first version of my thesis. I hope everything will be fine and that I will get all im dreaming about...specially my research studies abroad....

Classes at Urcamp

My classes at Urcamp are going really fine. I enjoy teaching there. :) The students seem to be interesting in the activities. We are using blogs in our classes and they also have to read articles and to present to their classmates the main concepts they learned from the text. It is good. I hope they are learning a lot.

Today, I´m starting to teach in the posgraduation level..It is my first day at Urcamp..I hope to have a good day there..and a nice class!!!

Feeling of an online english teacher...

Hi Folks, I´m here to write a little about my feeling as an online teacher, but I would like to share with you the activities that I have been doing today. Today I uploaded the online course PROED. I have been working with some english teachers during 6 weeks and today I had to reorganize the course because I saw that some teachers had some difficulties with a lot of activities to do.

Even though, we have difficulties, on the other side, it is amazing to think that technologies can help us to improve and to change things as soon as we want. As long as in a tradicional classroom sometimes it is necessary to improve things fastly. In the same way, in a web course you can also change things and add things that are necessary to help students to learn. Isn´t it really wonderful?

Hi Folks!
I´m sorry that couldn´t write before but I had a lot of things to be done in the end of this semester. I hope to have more enough time to interact in my blog and to be in contact with the participants of Proed.

I really enjoying seeing the participants interacting in the course I´m teaching. It is really amazing to see that they are doing the activities and trying to use the technologies in their everyday life. Even though, I know most of them have a lot of difficulties, I´m trying to help them and I hopeful that they will do all the activities proposed.

It is almost 6 weeks from the beginning of the course, but we still have a lot of things to do.
Today it was my day to write in my blog. I was visiting my students blogs and I realize that I need to help them to keep interacting with each other, otherwise, they will give up the course!

The most amazing thing in an online course is to have the participants interacting !! But a sad thing is to see when they are not participant as we wish!!!!

It is a long time without connecting this blog, but I think I still can interact here!

I created this blog to write about myself, but I hadn´t enought time to come here and write a little about myself. So, It has been a long time without posting any msg here (God, almost 6 years!! - see the dates, if you can´t believe it!), but nowadays, I´m trying to use this blog again because I believe it is a great place to interact with people and specially with teachers of english.

Nowadays, I´m taking my phd and you can guess how difficult is to have enough time to do everything we need. At least, I have a blog to write about my expectations related to my research.

Anyway, welcome to this blog and I hope you can enjoy being here!
